I'm starting tomorrow Monday, 15. I must admit I'm kinda nervous and scared that it might not work...I have rode in other blogs and websites, that results normally take around 3 or 6 months to appear. I'm gonna try it until the end of the year, hoping my breast enlarge at least cup and a half.
I haven't stopped investigating about the topic. I've found that many stories about girls that have enlarged their breasts naturally, also consumed herbal pills. I'm not doing so, because of three mainly reason:
1) I am consuming contraceptive pills, and I don't want to risk having some ingredient in my pills which could inhibit the contraceptive pills.
2) I believe that consuming the ingredients of the breast cream by the skin is way better than by the mouth, hoping it will somehow reach your breasts. The direct way is better than the longer way.
3) I do not trust eating things which I do not know what will do to my body. Yes, pills say they will enlarge my breasts, but what also could they be doing if they are all around my body and not only in my breasts?
Saying that, I'm strongly going with a home-made breast cream and a series of massages. Both, which will I explain along the post.
Breast Cream
Most breast creams, as I found, include in their ingredients -as main components- two herbs called Fenugreek and Fennel. Some Thailand creams also have Wheat Germ and Fish. For my Home-made Breast Cream, I'm going to use Fenugreek seed's powder and Fennel seed's powder. I'm not adding Wheat Germ until next month (because I haven't found it in any store, and I want to see if it's really necessary). Fish is out of the question. To reduce the smell of Fenugreek, which is quite sweet and might attract bees, I'm using cocoa butter to mix the Fenugreek and Fennel.
Why am I using this two herbs? Here is a short paragraph from the Internet, which I chose because is simple to understand. The information has been repeated in many other websites, and books.
Fennel
Fennel has been used for centuries as both food and medicine. It was used traditionally to increase the flow of breast milk in nursing women, enhance libido, and increase menstrual flow.
Scientists do not fully understand fennel's effects on the human body; however, preliminary evidence yields some clues regarding the plant's chemical composition. Kellymom.com notes that fennel seeds, like many other medicinal plants, contain phytoestrogens. These natural plant compounds are chemically similar to estrogen, a key hormone responsible for regulating functions in the female body. Phytoestrogens in fennel seed may stimulate the let-down reflex, menstruation, breast development and increased libido
